Our Adventures Today!
Since my DIL's mom was OOT, she asked me to take her and Baby W to his 2 week old doctor's appointment. No problem at all.
When I arrived at their home this young man was here to greet me. Sitting up just a handsome as you please.
The appointment went well and soon after he was home and tucked in for his afternoon nap!

Introducing Baby W (no relation to george!)
Introducing baby W!
Born December 14th, he was 7lbs 13oz and 22 inches long.
He is a very healthy and happy baby.
This first picture is him around 24 hours old.
What about that pirate hat his grandma knit for him?
Of course as we all know, it is the first in a long series of garments yet to come .
You can tell he is quite excited about the toys his grandma helped Santa leave under the tree!!
And here is MY baby aka dad!
Of course you can tell he feels no one in the world has ever had such an amazing child before!
[sorry it has taken so long to get these on the blog.
my software for the new camera took a bit of tweeking]
So Here We Are...
Two and a half years ago I started this blog with the best of intentions. A moderately regular communication with fellow knitters about my latest projects and knitting thoughts in general. Of course there would be some added notes about life and politics and other things in general.
As of this moment my regularity is firmly planted in the irregularity of my entries. I'm not going to sit here and tell any of you that I will be blogging every day. We all know better. And I'm not even going to say that without a doubt I will be blogging once a week. I am going to say that I will be trying to blog a bit more frequently (then once a month, if then) and make the entries a bit more interesting then a quiz or a YouTube clip.
There.
How's that for a resolution?
